At the top you have “Return and cancellation rules → Default rules.” We should configure that too. Shopify says those rules control operational things like return windows and fees, whereas the written policy is a separate customer-facing document.
For Runway Drop, I recommend we set the Shopify rules to mirror the text above:
Return window: 7 days
Return shipping: Customer pays for change-of-mind/size issues
No fee for defective/wrong-item returns
Final-sale products: Non-returnable
Cancellation: Allowed before fulfilment/dispatch
