Runway Drop – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your Runway Drop purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist you in accordance with the policy below.
Return / Exchange Window
Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Please provide your name, order number, product details, reason for the request and relevant photographs where applicable.
Please do not ship a product back before receiving return instructions from us.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
For discretionary returns or size exchanges, the product must generally be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free from stains, perfume, deodorant or other marks
- Unaltered
- Returned with original tags
- In resalable condition
Returned products may be inspected before a return, exchange or refund is approved.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered an incorrect size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Customers are encouraged to check the Runway Drop size chart carefully before ordering.
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer another available size, store credit or an appropriate refund depending on the circumstances.
Wrong, Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive:
- An incorrect product
- An incorrect size compared with your confirmed order
- A materially damaged product
- A product with a material manufacturing defect
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send your order number, clear photographs and, where available, an unboxing video to help us investigate.
Once verified, we will offer an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund. For verified errors attributable to Runway Drop, the customer will not be charged for return or replacement shipping.
Minor Variations
Slight colour differences caused by screen settings, reasonable measurement variations and minor print-position differences arising from manufacturing will generally not be considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Except where defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by applicable law, we may not accept returns for:
- Worn or washed products
- Products with removed tags
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products carrying stains, perfume, deodorant or body odour
- Altered products
- Personalised or customised products
- Gift cards
- Products expressly marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable before purchase
Return Shipping
Where the return or exchange is requested because of change of mind, preference or an incorrectly selected size, reverse-shipping charges may be borne by the customer. Any applicable charge will be communicated before the return is processed.
Where Runway Drop has supplied a verified defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will bear the applicable return/replacement shipping cost.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Since our products are Made to Order we dont really encourage refunds, until the product is damaged and defected.
Approved prepaid-order refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund after it has been initiated.
For eligible Cash on Delivery refunds, we may request valid UPI or bank details.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for discretionary returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible:

We will try to accommodate requests made before an order enters processing or dispatch. Once fulfilment or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return policy may apply instead.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future orders associated with the same customer details.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right available under applicable Indian law.
